"The St. Louis Car Co.built three tri-power locomotives(diesel-electric, straight electric, and battery) with two-155hp 6-cyc Buda engines in 1929. IC1000 was rebuilt as a straight electric Hudson Bay Minning & Smelting #100. The other two were sold to Illinois Terminal as 55 & 53.(1)
